How to Apply for This Program

Ananda Raja Yoga Instructor Diploma

To enroll in this teachers’ training program:

1. Practice meditation daily for at least 30 minutes.
2. Participate in the four foundation courses or complete the on-line Lessons in Raja Yoga.
   • Meditation and the Art of Living
   • How to Live with More Energy
   • The Science of Kriya Yoga
   • Chakras—Pathway to Liberation
   Kriyabans are automatically accepted.
3. Send by post (not by email):
   • The Application Form completely filled out and signed
   • The Code of Ethics of Ananda Yoga Teachers, signed
4. An interview with Shivani in person or by telephone will be arranged for you.
5. Pay the Registration Fee.
